Role Overview: As an SCM BI (Business Intelligence) Specialist in Bangalore, you will be responsible for utilizing your 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, BI reporting, and logistics performance management. Your role will involve developing reports, dashboards, trackers, and data visualizations for operational and executive reporting. Advanced numerical and analytical reasoning skills will be essential for problem-solving and root-cause analysis. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python is required for data analysis and manipulation. You will analyze supply chain operations, freight flows, product movement, and logistics trends, while also focusing on data modeling, KPI tracking, and performance measurement frameworks. Familiarity with supply chain systems such as SAP, ERP, WMS, and TMS is necessary, along with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, distribution, transportation, and logistics planning. Your ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations will be crucial, supported by strong communication and documentation skills.
