Our award-winning Zoho Consulting Practice collaborates with clients worldwide, enabling them to transform their business processes using the Zoho suite of applications. As we expand our consulting capabilities, were looking for a Project Manager who will work closely with our Technical, Functional, and Sales Teams to deliver value-driven solutions to prospective clients. Responsibilities Interact with customers to understand their business process Design high-level solutions using Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps (Zoho Books, Creator, Desk, Projects, etc.). Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications to map customers' business process Manage the expectations of customers to ensure project success Conduct personalized user training Create walk-through videos Give ongoing support on issue fixing, enhancement, and queries while users are using the system Eligibility Criteria 3 - 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, or Techno-Functional Consultant role (Zoho experience preferred). A knack for understanding business processes across industries. Team-handling experience is preferred. Proven experience in requirement gathering and solutioning for business software applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs or solution blueprints. Exposure to CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms familiarity with the Zoho suite, like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, is a big plus. Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple presales engagements at once. Proven record in successful project delivery.
