Role Description This is a full-time, remote Information Technology Product Manager role based in India. The IT Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products, from ideation and requirements gathering through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day, the role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand needs, translating them into clear product requirements and user stories, and prioritizing a product backlog aligned with business goals. The person in this position will work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and operations teams to plan releases, manage timelines, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. Responsibilities also include analyzing product performance and user feedback, refining business processes, preparing product documentation and roadmaps, and communicating status and risks to leadership and cross-functional partners.
