This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Support Engineer, based in Kochi. Lead installation, configuration, and support of access control systems and custom software * Provide L2/L3 technical support for critical issues and escalations * Support and maintain: Car Parking Management SystemsIncident logging, analysis, and root cause identificationPerform system installation, commissioning, and on-site supportTroubleshoot hardware, software, and integration-related issuesManage and support Windows Server environmentsConfigure and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databasesWrite and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and reportingSupport load balancer environments and high-availability systemsMonitor system health, performance, and uptimeRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Technical Support / Field EngineeringStrong experience in ELV systems, especially access control * Hands-on experience in: Access control system deployment and supportProven experience with Nedap and/or Invixium solutionsStrong knowledge of Windows Server environmentsExperience in Microsoft SQL Server configuration and managementGood knowledge of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, etc.)Experience working in load-balanced / high-availability environmentsBachelors degree in Electronics, IT, or related fieldExperience in oil & gas or large enterprise environments (ADNOC preferred)Basic networking knowledge (IP, firewall, ports, VPN)Understanding of cybersecurity practices and system hardening Willingness to travel to site locations Company Description Founded in 2021, Googerit Digital Technology was created out of a passion for driving Digital Transformation.
