About the role

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with agent teams (Gemini Coder, Duckie, Basecamp) to develop sub-agents, tools, RAG solutions, and workflows for improved code exploration. - Conduct research and proof of concepts to enhance the accuracy of code exploration for coding and knowledge agents. - Implement LLMs, RAG, and Skills to enhance Code Search with features like natural language code search and chat agents. - Design, build, and maintain core features of the Google Code Search platform, ensuring efficiency and scalability of infrastructure. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in software development with proficiency in one or more programming languages. - 1 year of experience in ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, and data processing. - Familiarity with Speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, or specialization in another ML field. - Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and building scalable distributed systems. - Working knowledge of GenAI, RAG, and Agents is a plus.
