Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in designing and integration of internal and third-party applications. Preferred qualifications: Experience in API and enterprise architecture development. Experience working with technical vendors (e.g. systems integrators). Experience with Google-wide technologies. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle and agile. Understanding of corporate real estate processes and Integrated Workplace Management System. Responsibilities Drive the multi-year technology roadmap for Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) applications, emphasizing third-party integrations. Lead large-scale technical projects from inception to completion. Manage technical engineering delivery by the team and engineering service suppliers. Oversee application development, systems integration, and ensure engineering excellence. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team. Influence technical direction and collaborate with stakeholders. Solve problems and drive solutions. Provide technical expertise in application engineering and enterprise architecture. Contribute to team culture and operational improvements.
