Business Systems Analyst - Enterprise Systems & Data Management

As a Business Systems Analyst at Google's Spaces Engineering team, your role involves driving the transformation strategy for Real Estate, Spaces, and Workplace Design. You will be responsible for developing technology roadmaps that address business issues and shaping the future of enterprise systems through the integration of intelligent automation and insightful data. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership over projects, track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage unpredictability, and keep teams and clients updated. - Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand business problems, processes, and applications, providing sustainable solutions with impact. - Build business applications, deliver systems enhancements, and design solutions to automate and scale business operations. - Work with engineering teams to define, design, build, deploy, and support various solutions to systems, software products, and internal transformative programs. - Drive improvement in the discipline of business analysis and team execution across project work and ongoing support responsibilities. - Manage stakeholders and escalations, coordinate testing, and work with engineering teams to deploy applications until launch. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience with system implementation projects including requirements documentation, solution design, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution. - 5 years of experience with data management, data governance, data architecture, data analysis, data profiling, data quality, and system integration. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in leading business transformation through technology strategy. - Experience in implementing enterprise applications like Tririga, ServiceNow WSM, Salesforce, e-Builder, etc. - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. - Experience in designing and utilizing knowledge graphs for enhanced data understanding and AI capabilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams.
