As a Business Systems Analyst at Google, you will play a crucial role in driving projects to enhance finance processes managed through business applications. You possess a wealth of experience as a generalist IT business analyst, with a versatile background enabling you to work on diverse projects and business processes. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions that enhance internal finance business processes, particularly extended workforce solutions. - Offering expert guidance on business processes related to extended workforce management, including requirements documentation, solution design, systems configuration, and test execution. - Working with business teams to develop delivery roadmaps, define business processes and system requirements, and identify areas for investment. - Ensuring alignment of cross-functional topics across SAP modules, including SAP Fieldglass and other supporting applications. - Leading the demand management process to support the development of business cases for new systems or modifications to existing systems. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle. - 5 years of experience in full-cycle vendor management systems implementations and support. - 5 years of experience in designing and implementing finance systems. Preferred qualifications: - Certified SAP Fieldglass. - 5 years of experience in full cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations and support projects. - Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and data analysis tools and techniques. - Deep understanding of extended workforce domain and its integration with procurement and finance processes.
