Program Manager, AI Data Operations

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems. Preferred qualifications: Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment. Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time. Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Understand various Google products, tools, and processes and leverage them to push machine learning based automation and increase operational efficiencies. Understand develop and collaborate with engineering and cross-product groups to find solutions to optimize and scale on machine learning and imagery curation/moderation pipelines. Deliver analysis and drive new insights and uncover improvement opportunities, identify and implement solutions for Machine learning projects. Partner with the AI Data Infrastructure Engineering teams and act as the interface for Operations and delivery teams to support Customer Success.
