Technical Program Manager

Lead and coordinate projects that span offices, product areas, and time zones, ensuring all players are aligned on progress and deadlines. Architect scalable processes and introduce governance frameworks to reduce organizational complexity and improve global communication. Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leads to accelerate organizational execution and drive high-priority initiatives. Manage portfolio planning and prioritization, including roadmap/objectives and key results (OKR) planning, milestones, and software schedules. Advocate the use of AI best practices and tools to automate workflows, reduce manual labor, and enhance overall program efficiency. Drive alignment across teams, organizations, and Product Areas to reach consensus on product direction, key business metrics, and technical feasibility. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with expertise in predictive risk management, resource estimation, and global stakeholder steering. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and frameworks to automate workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and accelerate program execution. Track record of managing portfolio planning and roadmap prioritization, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and executive north star metrics. Ability to apply technical judgment to navigate engineering scope, assess feasibility, and manage dependencies across a global stack. Experience navigating large-scale, fast-paced engineering organizations with intricate dependencies and cross-site partners.
