Position: Cctv Technician Department: IT Network Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with 23 years of experience in CCTV surveillance, network support, and IT infrastructure maintenance . The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, configuring and troubleshooting security devices, maintaining IT hardware and networking equipment, and providing technical support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to ensure continuous security operations. Install, configure, and maintain IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and CCTV recording systems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV cameras, recording devices, and network connectivity. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals. Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues. Perform preventive maintenance of IT systems and security equipment. Manage user accounts, system access, and basic Active Directory administration. Maintain CCTV backups and ensure data availability as per company policies. Coordinate with external vendors for AMC services, repairs, and installations. Maintain inventory of IT assets, CCTV equipment, and related documentation. Ensure adherence to IT security standards and organizational policies.
