System & Server Administration: Install, upgrade, and support Linux and Windows environments, leveraging Proxmox VE for virtualization and cluster management.Network Operations: Configure and manage Cisco switching and routing infrastructure, alongside Fortinet firewalls and VPNs, to ensure maximum uptime and security for IT and OT networkAccess Control & Identity Management: Administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools to secure, control, and audit high-level credential access across systems.Backup & Disaster Recovery: Schedule and monitor routine data backups, test system recovery processes, and develop functional data restoration procedures.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively review system/security logs and respond to automated alerts before small issues cause major outages.Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding network topologies, system configurations, and routine IT procedures.
