Product Manager - Rewards & Asset Classes

GoSats is India's simplest onramp to assets. We help lakhs of Indians convert their everyday spending into Bitcoin and Gold - building long-term wealth through a habit they already have: spending money. Backed by Konvoy , Y Combinator, Accel and others, we recently closed our $5M Series A and are scaling rapidly toward becoming the default wealth-building tool for mainstream India.

About the Role: You will own the wealth-building heart of GoSats - the rewards engine and the multi-asset stack. Today that is Bitcoin and Gold; tomorrow it is stocks, silver, ETFs, and beyond. You will design how Indians convert everyday spending into long-term wealth across multiple asset classes.

Required Skills:

3-8 years as a PM in fintech, wealth-tech, crypto, or investment products

Strong understanding of asset classes (gold, equities, ETFs, crypto), market mechanics, and Indian regulations (SEBI, FIU-IND, IFSCA)

Experience integrating with asset partners (MMTC, SafeGold, brokers, exchanges)

Strong analytical skills with deep customer empathy

Comfort working with regulatory frameworks and compliance teams

Bonus:

Crypto/Bitcoin native or has built crypto products

Experience at Groww, Zerodha, INDmoney, Smallcase, CoinDCX, ZebPay, or WazirX

Has built a multi-asset portfolio product
