Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure operations, with a focus on managing IT infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and expertise in hardware/software, CCTV systems, and cable laying. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, storage, and end-user systems. - Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, network connectivity, and application failures. - Maintain IT inventory and documentation of hardware/software assets. - Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects such as office setup, data center upgrade, and network redesign. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. - Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, and support of IT equipment. - Negotiate vendor contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure vendors meet SLA commitments and compliance requirements. - Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. - Manage software installations, licensing, and updates across the organization. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across platforms. - Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (Analog/IP) and DVR/NVR setups. - Perform cable laying for network, CCTV, and telecom infrastructure (Cat6, fiber optics, coaxial). - Maintain documentation and labeling of cable paths and CCTV layouts. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. - 35 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support. - Strong understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs). - Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), backup systems, antivirus, and security tools. - Experience with CCTV installation, maintenance, and monitoring systems. - Experience with structured cabling and cable management. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and documentation.
