UI/UX Developer

As a UI/UX Developer at GoStride Ventures, you will be responsible for designing and building the user-facing side of business applications, focusing on growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with product owners, functional consultants, and clients to create intuitive, well-designed software for trading and SME sectors. We value design sensibility and front-end instinct over years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build data-heavy interfaces like dashboards, charts, dense data tables, and multi-step forms - Translate user requirements and business goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI - Build and maintain responsive, accessible, mobile-first interfaces using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and semantic HTML - Contribute to a shared design system, including design tokens, component library, and documentation - Implement clear data visualizations using libraries like Recharts, ECharts, or D3 - Integrate front-end interfaces with REST and GraphQL APIs - Conduct usability reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful solutions - Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices - Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, design critiques, and code reviews Required Qualifications: - Demonstrated UI/UX experience with a strong design sensibility and attention to usability - Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma - Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems - Working experience with React, TypeScript, or strong JavaScript - Experience with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS - Familiarity with component libraries such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or Material UI - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment If you are a talented designer passionate about impactful, well-designed solutions, we encourage you to apply by sending your CV and portfolio to hr@gostride.ventures with the subject line "UI/UX Developer Application Your Name".
