The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engineering design, construction supervision, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery within the Arabian Gulf region. Responsibilities - Lead and support the engineering, design, and construction activities of major capital projects. - Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. - Review engineering designs, technical documents, and construction plans. - Manage engineering activities for projects located near coastal and marine environments. - Work closely with contractors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to project teams. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and project specifications. - Lead engineering teams and support successful project delivery in line with Qatar Energy standards and requirements. - Identify and resolve technical challenges during project execution.
