Job Title: QA Engineer - MS Dynamics (Airline Domain) Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Contract (Renewable) Budget: 15-17K AED Job Brief Are you passionate about testing and delivering high-quality software solutions We are looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics Testing Engineer to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi . In this role, you will work on CRM Dynamics applications within the airline industry. You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing, ensuring that systems perform smoothly and meet business needs. Responsibilities Test CRM Dynamics applications to ensure high quality and performance. Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform both manual and automated testing activities. Identify, track, and report software defects. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams. Validate airline booking and reservation-related functionalities. Support system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Ensure testing activities are completed on time and meet project requirements. Prepare transparent testing reports and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in software testing. Strong experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamics Testing . Hands-on experience in Automation Testing tools and frameworks. Experience working on Airline Booking or Reservation Systems . Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
