About the role
As a .NET Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and/or desktop applications. You should be well-versed in the Microsoft technology stack and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that includes direct client interactions for business requirement gathering. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core - Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code - Work with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API to build robust applications - Integrate front-end components with server-side logic - Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, Product) - Interact directly with clients to understand and gather business requirements - Translate business requirements into technical solutions - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems - Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in .NET development - Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API - Experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic front-end frameworks - Experience working with RESTful APIs - Familiarity with Git / version control systems - Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SDLC - Good communication skills for client interaction and requirement discussions Good to Have: - Experience with Azure / cloud services - Knowledge of Microservices architecture - Exposure to Angular / React - Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology In addition to the technical aspects, you will be offered: - Competitive salary in the range of 4 LPA to 5 LPA, based on skills, experience, and performance - Friendly and collaborative work environment - Learning and growth opportunities - Stable, long-term role Note: Only candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience and immediate availability will be considered for this role.
