5 - 9 Years 1 Opening Bengaluru, Kolkata Role description: We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems. This role also requires a robust understanding of Workdays integration & reporting tools and a team-oriented mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams. Skills: Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Develop and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting. Create and manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and mnimal disruption. Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations. Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
