OneStream Technical Lead

The OneStream Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading end to end OneStream implementations, providing solution design expertise, and acting as the primary functional and technical lead for clients. This role requires strong hands on experience with OneStream, leadership skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions. Act as the primary delivery lead for OneStream projects. Guide and mentor consultants and developers on the project. Review and validate application components including Dimensional models, Business rules and calculations, Cube views, dashboards, and reports Manage and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and production deployments Support use cases across: Financial Consolidation & Close, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Long Range Planning, Management Reporting and Analytics Data Integration and Automation Provide advisory guidance on finance transformation and process optimization using OneStream. XF Business Rules Dashboards and Cube Views Workflow profiles and security Data integration via Data Management / APIs Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Support presales activities such as solution demos, estimates, and proposals (as needed).
