About the role
Salesforce Developer Project Role Description: Design, develop and configure Salesforce applications to meet business processes and application requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and build Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Review and optimize Apex and Lightning Web Components code Troubleshoot and debug issues in Salesforce applications Perform impact analysis for new features or changes Create technical design based on functional requirements Customize and configure Salesforce as per business needs Technical Experience: Must have at least 1 Salesforce certification Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components, proficient in SOQL, SOSL. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs Experience with Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and Object Management Experience with field-level security and sharing settings Good to have experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components and Visualforce Pages Good to have knowledge of JS framework Professional Attributes: Excellent communication skills Capable of working in client-facing roles Experience with Agile methodologies Experience with development and deployment tools such as VS Code, GitHub, Azure Devops, Change set
