Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI page, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow x000D x000D Proficiency with Angular JS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5 x000D Well versed with various ServiceNow products & platform capabilities. x000D Design and implementation of provisioning workflows within the Cloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG) module in ServiceNow, managing the full lifecycle of cloud resources and ensuring automation across global environments. x000D Architect technical solutions for the ServiceNow CPG module, ensuring seamless integration with global multi-cloud platforms including AWS and Azure, and supporting complex deployment scenarios. x000D Configure and maintain ServiceNow CPG for effective cloud resource management, policy enforcement, and automated provisioning globally. x000D Develop high-level architecture and custom applications to support ServiceNow cloud integrations, enabling scalable and secure multi-cloud solutions. x000D Hands-on experience on at least two ServiceNow modules (ITOM, CPG and SAM Pro etc.) x000D Automate administrative & operational, CMDB/Discovery tasks, MID Server administration x000D Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external system using connectors would be given more preference. x000D Develop UI/UX design, wire frames to support functional design including full documentation of user journey x000D Excellent documentation and presentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations x000D Creates business and technical design specifications for implementation of the ServiceNow Platform x000D Create the technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation and release notes x000D Define the architecture and design elements for the implementation of ServiceNow solution (including design data/object models, technical workflow diagrams, access control models, etc.). x000D Facilitate ServiceNow training and support team on complex system configuration x000D You will collaborate with our clients to resolve their business problems by translating functional requirements into technical solutions. x000D You will be responsible for end-to-end application design, workflow configurations, and customizations. x000D Should have strong knowledge on how to move codes, update sets, solutions across Dev, UAT, and PROD environments x000D Must have delivered more than 4 - 6 projects from scratch/requirement gathering to till go-live x000D x000D x000D Preferred Certifications: x000D ServiceNow Certified Administrator (mandatory) x000D ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any one or more areas e.g. ITSM, ITOM, etc.) x000D Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
