Key Responsibilities - Act as a senior developer delivering full stack functionality from UI to middleware/API to database - Enhance and maintain web applications using VB, C#, .NET, ASP, and other languages. Most assignments require using VB as it comprises the majority of development efforts. - Work with the team ensuring compliance with established SDLC processes. - Ensure a balanced approach in delivering quality, performance, usability, and maintainability for each solution. - Work with other technical leaders to ensure consistency across applications and development processes. - Communicate and coordinate effectively as a technical delivery leader within the team, across our technology teams, and with business partners to deliver on top priorities. Qualification / Requirement - Desired Candidate Profile: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA - Ability to work through issues and solve problems pragmatically. - Extensive working knowledge of coding using .NET languages (C+, VB, .NET). - Familiarity with .NET framework and SQL servers. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues spanning several processes and technologies. - Strong communication skills.
