About the role
EY is hiring a Senior Consultant for their SAP Service Management team in Kochi. The role involves configuring and deploying SAP S/4HANA Service modules to optimize business processes for global clients. Candidates must have extensive experience in SAP Service and Customer Service modules, with strong integration knowledge across FICO, SD, MM, PM, and CATS. This position requires handson implementation expertise and the ability to lead functional specification creation and stakeholder collaboration. Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in SAP service management Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service modules Knowledge of inhouse repair, field service, and service contracts Experience as a Lead in at least one SAP S/4HANA Service implementation Proficiency in crosstopic integration with FICO, SD, MM, PM, and CATS .
