Job Title : Business Intelligence Analyst | Power BI | SQL | Tableau | FP&A | ChennaiJob Description:We are hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Data Modeling, and FP&A reporting. The ideal candidate will transform complex business data into meaningful insights by designing dashboards, automating reports, and supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.Location: Chennai, IndiaWork Setup: OnsiteShift: Rotational Experience: 38 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports.Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.Build and maintain data models to support business intelligence solutions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and performance analysis.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3).38 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.Strong expertise in SQL and Data Modeling.Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or DOMO.Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).Experience in dashboard automation and financial reporting.Important NotesEx-TCS employees are not eligible.PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation. .
