Role/Skill: Network Support Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 23 years Band: BPO 1/2 Salary: 6-7 LPA We are seeking a candidate with 23 years of experience in endpoint and basic network support. The role involves providing L1/L2 support for end-user systems and assisting with day-to-day network and security operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Cisco Switching & Routing and Palo Alto Firewall fundamentals. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required. One basic certification is mandatory (CCNA, Network+, or equivalent).
