Key Responsibilities
· Perform data analysis on production and quality results, monitor process capability and defect trends, and recommend corrective actions or process optimization within plastic extrusion operations.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives by researching and proposing enhancements to production efficiency, part quality, scrap reduction, and compliance with industry best practices.
· Oversee in-process production inspections, ensuring operators follow standardized checklists, process parameters, and quality control procedures throughout plastic manufacturing cycles.
· Manage plant’s daily operations, including scheduling production runs, coordinating with logistics and procurement teams, and supervising production staff.
· Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure that products meet customer requirements and company standards.
· Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are well-maintained and serviced regularly.
· Ensure the plant adheres to safety regulations and environmental policies, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Plastic Technology / B.Sc.
