About the role
Role Overview: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, your main responsibility will be to design and lead enterprise-wide Salesforce integration solutions. You will utilize your strong experience in integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using modern integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce integration solutions. - Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and create scalable solutions. - Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices. - Lead integration projects involving Salesforce and external applications. - Guide development teams and provide technical leadership. - Configure and implement Salesforce integrations using: - MuleSoft - Informatica Cloud - Salesforce Connect - Platform Events - REST/SOAP APIs - Configure Salesforce External Objects for real-time access to external data sources. - Ensure integration security, performance, reliability, and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. - Create technical documentation and integration architecture designs. - Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from design to deployment and production support. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong integration architecture expertise. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events. - Strong understanding of REST & SOAP APIs, JSON & XML, OAuth, SSL, and security best practices, ETL, data mapping, and data synchronization, Enterprise Integration Patterns. - Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud, on-premise, database, and third-party systems. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
