About the role
Salesforce Technical Architect Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Time Zone: EST Overlap Required Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design and lead enterprise-wide Salesforce integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using modern integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms Key Responsibilities - Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce integration solutions. - Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and create scalable solutions. - Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices. - Lead integration projects involving Salesforce and external applications. - Guide development teams and provide technical leadership. - Configure and implement Salesforce integrations using: - MuleSoft - Informatica Cloud - Salesforce Connect - Platform Events - REST/SOAP APIs - Configure Salesforce External Objects for real-time access to external data sources. - Ensure integration security, performance, reliability, and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. - Create technical documentation and integration architecture designs. - Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from design to deployment and production support.
