Sr / Lead Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr./Lead Full Stack Developer with 7-10 years of experience, specializing in Angular for front-end development and Python Django for back-end development. As a technical leader, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications, mentor team members, and drive technical decision-making. This role combines hands-on coding expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery and innovation. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers. Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. Lead technical discussions and drive decision-making to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Full Stack Development: Architect, develop, and optimize web applications with Angular and Python Django. Build reusable and maintainable front-end components and services. Design, implement, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable back-end services, including APIs. Project Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver solutions. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features by overseeing development sprints and deployments. DevOps and System Optimization: Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring. Optimize application performance and scalability to handle complex business workflows. Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards. Required Skills Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Advanced experience with Angular. Mastery in Python Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and designing RESTful APIs. Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL. Expertise in modern front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.Knowing Flutter will be a bonus. Deep understanding of microservices architecture and API gateways. DevOps and Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and services like S3, Lambda, and EC2. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker. Strong background in implementing CI/CD pipelines. Software Design Architecture: Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture best practices. Experience in performance optimization, scalability design, and application security. Leadership Collaboration: Proven experience managing or mentoring developers in a team setting. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans. Strong cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and QA teams.
