Creative Design Team: Location : Mumbai Vacancies : 4 Experience : 1 - 10 Years Roles Open: - Associate Creative Designer: 1 to 3 years - Creative Designer: 3 to 5 years - Senior Creative Designer: 5 to 7 years - Lead Creative Designer: 7+ years Note: These are typical experience ranges but were not rigid about years. If youve built deeply, thought critically, and solved meaningful problems were open to letting your work speak louder than your resume. What matters most to us is how you think and what youve created. About the Prospect: At Gray Matrix, design isnt decoration its direction. Were not looking for people who make things pretty. Were looking for those who build clarity, meaning, and magic pixel by pixel, frame by frame. Youll be crafting brand visuals, UI/UX journeys, and content that feels as good as it looks. Whether its a carousel, a dashboard, or a cinematic UI intro youll shape how people see and feel the product. What Were Looking For: - Strong portfolio across UI/UX, graphic design, brand storytelling, or motion/video - Experience designing for web, mobile, and product interfaces - Ability to create from scratch from user journeys and wireframes to final high-fidelity screens - Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Canva, and Protopie/Lottie - Understanding of design systems, micro-interactions, typography, and responsive layouts Bonus Points: - Experience designing for SaaS, AI, or B2B products - Storyboarding or video editing capabilities - Exposure to working closely with developers, product managers, and brand teams - Strong grasp of current trends and how to evolve beyond them Our Hiring Process: Step 1 - Portfolio Submission: Share your most loved work here screens, flows, reels, animations, campaigns.
