CRM Application Developer (In-House Systems)

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced CRM Application Developer (In-House Systems) to join Graystone Capital as a permanent, in-house team member based in Hyderabad, India. This is a high-ownership role responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and continuously enhancing Graystone Capital's proprietary internal CRM platform from scratch. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Internal CRM Development The successful candidate will: Architect, design, and develop a custom enterprise CRM platform from scratch, specifically tailored to Graystone Capital's internal business operations.Build a highly scalable, secure, modular, and maintainable CRM system capable of supporting future business expansion.Develop modules for: Lead Management, Deal Origination, Client Relationship Management, Workflow Automation, Task Management, Activity Tracking, Document Management, Approval Workflows etc. Build customizable workflows allowing business teams to manage end-to-end deal pipelines.Design a configurable CRM architecture enabling future feature additions without requiring major redevelopment.Optimize CRM performance for large datasets while maintaining high responsiveness.Ensure enterprise-grade security, audit logs, user permissions, encryption, and data integrity.Maintain complete technical documentation and version control for all CRM developments. 2.Website Development and Ownership Build the Graystone Capital website from scratch (fully coded, not templated), ensuring clean architecture, premium design, and performance-optimized from day one. Ensure all aspects of the website post-launch: uptime, security, speed, scalability, and continuous improvement. Also ensure 99.9% availability with robust enterprise-grade hosting, failover, and monitoring infrastructure. Implement best-practice cybersecurity protocols across all web properties. Develop and maintain backend systems, APIs, and databases supporting all platforms. 3.Client Portal & CRM Integration Build a client portal fully integrated with the internal CRM.Synchronize client interactions, document management, deal status, and communication with CRM records.Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and client-facing systems. CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE Proven experience building custom CRM software from scratch (mandatory).Experience designing enterprise workflow applications.Experience developing role-based internal business systems.Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflow automation, and business process mapping.Experience integrating CRM platforms with external APIs and third-party services.Experience designing scalable relational database structures for CRM applications.Technical Skills Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, strong UI/UX sensibility (React, Vue, or equivalent modern framework). Back-end: Node.js, Python, or equivalent, comfortable building REST APIs and server-side logic. Database: Strong working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred); ability to design efficient data models. AI Integration: Experience integrating APIs into real-world applications. Systems Thinking: Ability to architect and build full-stack systems from scratch. Security: Full understanding of web application security standards, SSL/TLS, and data protection best practices.
