About the role
Job Description We're looking for a Fullstack Developer (MERN + AI) to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role involves working across both front-end and back-end layers, contributing to system design, development, and overall code quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex technical problems, and help deliver reliable, production-ready solutions. Key Skills 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong exposure to both front-end and back-end. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one back-end language (Node.js). Solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks (React preferred). Experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and system architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with message queues (Kafka). Exposure to performance optimization and large-scale distributed systems. Roles And Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native approaches. Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces with technologies like React, Vue, or Angular. Develop APIs, services, and business logic using Node.js or similar. Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and optimize queries for performance. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; perform code reviews; implement automated tests. Partner with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, deliver features on time, and ensure technical feasibility. Guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
