About the role
nsibilities- Lead/Support entire research & development, literature review, bench scale studies, system design engineering, overall integration, component specification finalization, vendor finalization, purchase coordination, pilot deployment at site and operations Undertake and perform all research activities, starting from extraction of bio-polymers, and working polymer technologies, particularly the development of polymer products through various polymer processing techniques such as compression, extrusion, injection, blow moulding, etc. Testing and characterization of polymers, preferably bio-polymers, polyolefins and high added value polymers in solid and molten state and interpretation of the data obtained Working various fronts related to specialty polymers and polymer product applications Developing new products/processes to add value and improve margins Designing extraction reactor and post reactor processing machines for the bio-polymer Coordinating, providing feedback with upstream team based on end product requirements Adopting best safety practices and protocols Remuneration Industry std.
