1.Marking and preparing the site for construction 2.Earthwork supervision 3.Monitoring the area drainage works, earth work execution, leveling & dressing, PCC at site & checking the standard of work and execution as per work order. 4.Monitoring bar bending schedule, surveying, details of shuttering of structures, layout for geometry and important works for all structures. 5.Ensure that proper utilization interms of labour, material and machinery 6.To manage the issues with the labour/Sub Contractor and escalate the major issues to the site engineer/engineer incharge civil 7.To support the quality department in giving and making samples of the concrete and material 8.Ensure curing of all concrete work. 9.Returns all unutilized consumable material and tools & plant to store 10.To follow up with site engineer for finalization and payment of sub contractors bill. 11.Ensure that cement is properly stocked in store so as to avoid damage from humidity etc. 12.Assist engineer in measuring quantity of work executed as per the work order 13.Ensure that workers are taking safety precaution and using Personal Protective Equipment while working.
