As an experienced Data & Analytics leader, you will be heading a large-scale Business Intelligence and Reporting organization to drive its evolution into an AI-enabled Analytics Advisory function. Role Overview: You will have a strategic leadership role where you will manage a large team of BI, Reporting, Analytics, and Data professionals. Your responsibilities will include driving enterprise-wide transformation across reporting, self-service analytics, conversational AI, and data-driven decision-making. To succeed in this role, you will need to combine strong people leadership, analytics expertise, stakeholder management, and a passion for innovation to build the next generation of AI-powered analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a large Business Intelligence and Analytics organization comprising 80100+ professionals. - Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. - Oversee delivery of scalable reporting solutions using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and related BI technologies. - Transform traditional reporting functions into AI-enabled analytics and advisory services. - Champion adoption of Conversational AI, Generative AI, and intelligent analytics solutions. - Define and implement modern analytics architectures, data platforms, and reporting frameworks. - Establish self-service analytics capabilities to improve business decision-making. - Partner with senior business leaders to provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations. - Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, Technology, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Drive data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards across the analytics ecosystem. - Build a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Data Platforms, or related areas. - Proven experience leading large teams (50100+ members) across multiple levels and geographies. - Strong experience with BI and visualization platforms such as: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik. - Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and enterprise reporting. - Strong understanding of modern data and analytics architectures, including cloud-based analytics platforms. - Experience driving analytics transformation, reporting modernization, or BI Center of Excellence initiatives. - Exposure to Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or similar modern analytics ecosystems. - Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and influencing business strategy through analytics. Additional Details: - Experience with Conversational AI, Generative AI, Copilots, or AI-driven analytics solutions. - Exposure to Databricks Genie, Microsoft Fabric Copilot, or similar AI-powered analytics platforms. - Experience within Insurance, Financial Services, Consulting, GCCs, or large enterprise environments. - Certifications in BI, Cloud, Data Architecture, AI/ML, or Analytics platforms.
