Product Management Intern

As a Product Management Intern at Grexa AI, you will be working closely with the founding team to contribute to the development of an AI-first SaaS platform for small businesses. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and gain valuable hands-on experience in building high-impact digital products. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product Manager, CEO, and Engineering Team to refine product requirements - Write user stories, product briefs, and workflows to support engineering sprints - Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and synthesize user insights to inform product direction - Assist in prioritizing product features based on user feedback, data insights, and business goals - Track product KPIs and assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and feature performance summaries - Coordinate internal testing, user acceptance testing, and product QA - Stay updated on product trends, especially in AI, SaaS, and SMB markets Qualifications Required: - Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Business, Design, or related field - Strong interest in tech, startups, and product building - Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills - Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps - Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Figma, and JIRA (or willing to learn fast) - Must be based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and available to work full-time from the Vashi office If you join Grexa AI, you will: - Work directly with founders and senior product leaders - Contribute to meaningful features that directly impact users - Experience a culture of learning through experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement - Gain valuable startup experience as part of a fast-growing, high-energy team based out of Vashi As a Product Management Intern at Grexa AI, you will be working closely with the founding team to contribute to the development of an AI-first SaaS platform for small businesses.
