Senior Network Engineer - IT

Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain optimal uptime and speed.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions into existing infrastructure.Conduct network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.Perform regular system audits and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.Document network configurations, procedures, and system changes for operational continuity.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, troubleshooting, and network improvements.Stay current with emerging networking technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
