AI-Driven Quality Automation Engineer

Role Overview: You will be stepping into an AI-Driven Quality (AI-DLC) role at Grey Parrot Systems, where quality engineering for the AI era is the focus. Your main responsibility will involve collaborating with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure quality from requirements to production-ready automation. This role demands a quality engineering mindset, strong test architecture instincts, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust automated coverage using AI-assisted tooling. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop automated functional and visual test solutions utilizing Playwright, TypeScript, and AI-assisted quality engineering tools. - Translate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications into comprehensive automated test coverage with clear traceability. - Create and maintain reusable automation components such as page objects, test utilities, test data strategies, and quality governance standards. - Integrate automation workflows with Jira, Zephyr, CI/CD pipelines, reporting platforms, and quality dashboards for end-to-end visibility. - Implement visual validation, component-level verification, regression testing, and quality gates to identify functional and UI defects early on. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testability, define automation-ready requirements, and continuously improve engineering quality practices.
