We are looking for TechnoFunctional Consultant Healthcare Platform (8 - 10 YoE) Location: Remote/ Anywhere in Ind Duration: FTE We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the next generation of our Healthcare IT & EMR platforms. What Youll Do: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end HMIS & EMR product lifecycle from 0 to scale across domestic and international markets (India & GCC). AI & Innovation: Spearhead AI-driven clinical transformations, including CDSS, NLP-based voice documentation, and automation features. Compliance & Standards: Ensure seamless compliance with healthcare standards like ABDM (M1, M2, M3), NABH, and DPDPA Act. Interoperability: Lead complex integrations using FHIR, HL7 standards, APIs, and medical devices (ICU monitors, Radiology systems). Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, clinicians, and CXO stakeholders to drive large-scale user adoption. What We Are Looking For: Experience:10-12+ years of solid experience in Healthcare IT, Hospital Administration, or Clinical Product Management. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of hospital operations (OPD, IPD, ICU, OT workflows). Tech Stack Knowledge: Strong command over FHIR, HL7, API ecosystems, and Agile development. Education: MBA/MHA (Hospital Administration) or a Clinical background (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS) is a massive plus. Why Join Us Lead high-impact digital health transformation.
