About the role
Description We are seeking an experienced Java Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in Java development and will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Java-based applications. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Java programming language and its frameworks (Spring, Hibernate). Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL). Experience with version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
