5 to 8 years of experience in Test Automation / Validation Hands-on expertise with Java + Selenium + Cucumber (BDD) automation frameworks Strong experience testing Microservices and On-Premise applications API Testing, SQL Database Validation & CI/CD automation integration Experience designing automation frameworks and reviewing automation code Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and quality engineering practices Proven experience leading, mentoring, and growing QA Automation teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills AI-Enabled Testing Leveraging AI-assisted tools for test creation and regression optimization Accelerating defect identification and root cause analysis Promoting responsible and governed adoption of AI within testing practices
