Experience 3 to 6 years Qualification Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field. Job Description - Lead and Supervise team of SQL developer/DBA team of 7 resources - Assisting DBA manager in production allotment, development activities - Managing complex data processing, transformation, migration activities involving SQL/MS-Access/MS-excel platform - Should have good background knowledge of business process management and adoption in IT/SQL dbase perspective - Knowledge of data quality management, master data management in business/ITES setting. - Managing requirement gathering from production converting to technical specification for DBA team and deploying to production. Key Skills - Process management and liaison between production and DBA team - MS-SQL, MS-Access, MS-Excel - VBA knowledge is nice to have - Team management- Selection, training, skill, and knowledge management.
