AI-First Product Designer

As a UIUX design studio that specializes in helping businesses scale faster through the creation of innovative tech products, Groto is seeking an AI-First Product Designer to join our team in Delhi (Work From Office) on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be deeply immersed in the world of AI, utilizing it as a powerful tool across research, design, systems thinking, workflows, and execution. We are looking for a designer who can efficiently accomplish tasks that traditionally take longer by intelligently leveraging AI tools and workflows. Working closely with the founders, you will be responsible for designing products, enhancing user experiences, building scalable systems, and exploring emerging AI capabilities to revolutionize product design and delivery. The ideal candidate for this position: - Utilizes tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or Bolt on a daily basis - Can condense 2 weeks of exploration into 2 hours of clear direction - Excels at creating flows, wireframes, edge cases, UX copy, and specifications from vague requirements - Possesses a deep understanding of SaaS, dashboards, AI products, design systems, and complex UX - Familiar with components, variables, tokens, variants, states, and scalable Figma systems - Can effectively communicate with founders, project managers, and developers - Focuses on problem-solving rather than individual screens Additionally, experience with using AI to generate flows, create wireframes, build prototypes, write UX copy, draft PRDs, set acceptance criteria, analyze user feedback, and document design systems is considered a bonus. On the other hand, this role may not be suitable for individuals whose work is limited to Figma, those reliant on perfect briefs, those who underestimate the potential of AI, those who have not explored new tools recently, individuals who only appreciate visually appealing landing pages, and those who shy away from complex product challenges. We are seeking a 10x Senior Product Designer with a keen eye for design, efficiency, systems thinking, and the ability to simplify complex products.
