UX/Product Designer

As a Senior UX Product Designer (Full Stack UX) joining our long-term healthcare project, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end design process. Your responsibilities will include: - Estimating and reviewing design effort with cross-functional input - Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams on user stories and acceptance criteria - Participating in CXSD rituals and using shared tools for streamlined delivery - Creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma - Documenting and handing over approved design outputs to development teams - Performing design reviews on development output for consistency and quality - Gathering business and customer needs to inform design decisions To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Experience in UX/UI design, interaction design (IxD), and applying design thinking to create user-centered solutions - Skilled in user research, usability testing, prototyping, wireframing, and mapping user journeys to inform and validate design decisions - Proficient in working with design systems, maintaining consistency, and creating data visualizations for complex information - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure effective collaboration with developers - Adept at translating business needs and use cases into practical design solutions and managing smooth handovers to development teams - Well-versed in Agile and SAFe methodologies, with a track record of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above), with experience facilitating co-creation sessions, design workshops, and cross-functional discussions As a Senior UX Product Designer (Full Stack UX) joining our long-term healthcare project, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end design process.
