Area Sales Manager

Gender : Male - Age 40-45 Role & responsibilities Lead and manage field operations across assigned project locations. Oversees field survey teams, ensures data accuracy standards, manages equipment, and presents spatial reports to clients or management. Processes raw field data, performs spatial queries, manages spatial databases, and creates map outputs. Focuses on ground-level data collection, field verification, and boundary/asset mapping using high-accuracy instruments. Assign tasks and monitor Team Leaders and Field Executives. Conduct daily briefings, reviews, and performance evaluations. Train, guide, and support field teams to achieve project targets. Monitor attendance, productivity, and survey progress. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Resolve field-level issues and ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate with clients, government officials, police, local politicians, and authorities. Maintain effective communication between management and field teams. Travel across the state as required for project execution. Preferred candidate profile 4 to 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, GIS Field Operations, Project Management, or Government Projects .
