Salesforce Technical Lead

Youll own technical delivery for our most complex Salesforce engagements. That means setting the architecture, leading the team, communicating with clients, and ensuring every project ships on time and at the quality bar that keeps clients coming back. This is a senior individual contributor and team lead role. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery from requirements through go-live Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, and design technical solutions Establish and track metrics for project and delivery success Provide detailed technical design documentation including data migration, integrations, and custom development Coordinate and mentor onshore and offshore development teams Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery Determine project scope, effort estimates, and resource planning Collaborate with business partners to leverage Salesforce capabilities fully Create and own development and integration plans Technical Skills Deep Salesforce expertise Apex, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP integrations JavaScript frameworks: LWC, React, or Angular Server-side: Java, PHP, Python, or Node.js Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, SOQL Experience leading multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations Architecture-level decision making experience What We Look For Proven leadership you have led and grown developer teams Strong client-facing communication skills Problem-solving under pressure with complex technical constraints Ownership mentality delivery is your responsibility end-to-end Ability to drive decisions and gain team alignment
