Role Overview: As a .Net Fullstack Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of software engineering projects. You will utilize your expertise in .NET Core, React JS, Python, SQL databases, Azure cloud services, and AI tools to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve deep backend development, frontend architecture, scripting, data processing, and cloud deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical teams and provide squad-level technical leadership - Develop backend solutions using .NET Core (C#) including performance tuning and complex domain modeling - Design and implement ASP.NET Core Web APIs with considerations for versioning, authentication, and observability - Build frontend components using React JS with a focus on component architecture and state management - Utilize Python for scripting, automation, data processing, and AI tooling integration - Manage SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases with advanced query design and indexing strategies - Implement CQRS pattern in production and preferably have experience with MediatR - Apply design patterns and SOLID principles in software development and code reviews - Own Azure DevOps pipelines for build, test, and release processes - Deploy and manage Azure PaaS services such as AKS, App Services, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Key Vault - Design microservices and event-driven architecture patterns for inter-service communication - Communicate effectively in English through specs, design docs, and post-mortems Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role - Proficiency in .NET Core (C#), ASP.NET Core Web API, React JS, Python, SQL databases, and Azure cloud services - Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and CQRS pattern - Experience with Azure DevOps, microservices, and event-driven architecture - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent - Familiarity with healthcare payer domain is a plus (Note: The job description did not include any additional details about the company.)
