About the role
As a UX/UI Designer at Growify Digital, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision, user experience direction, and design strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Ideation and strategy: - Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to define product vision, goals, and user experience direction - Translate business requirements into clear product concepts with user journeys and flows - Conduct competitor and user research to inform design decisions - UX and UI design: - Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes - Establish and maintain a design system for consistent user experience across product surfaces - Design for various touchpoints such as web, mobile, and in-store interfaces - Utilize AI design tools to expedite concept generation and visual exploration - Product scoping and documentation: - Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature scoping documents for developers to act on - Define edge cases, error states, and interaction details for each feature - Manage a dynamic product backlog and prioritize features in alignment with leadership - Produce annotated design files to clarify requirements for the development team - Development collaboration and QA: - Serve as the primary design contact for developers during the build cycle - Conduct QA reviews at sprint checkpoints to ensure alignment with design intent - Log, track, and resolve design and UX issues effectively - Guarantee the product ships with the intended user experience intact Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in UI & UX design Join Growify Digital, a premier e-commerce growth agency in India, headquartered in Chhattarpur, Delhi.
