Work Location Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels Madurai, Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all engineering and maintenance operations. Ensure preventive maintenance of all plant and machinery. Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & life safety systems. Maintain statutory compliance and safety standards. Drive energy conservation initiatives and cost optimization. Lead the engineering team to ensure smooth hotel operations and an exceptional guest experience. Coordinate with all departments for efficient maintenance planning and execution. Preferred Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Sound knowledge of hotel engineering systems and statutory regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
